Laura is a Belfast-based photographer with a passion for documenting the world as it unfolds—raw, honest, and full of life. For the past five years, she has worked across portraiture, travel, documentary, wedding and event photography. Over this period, her work has been recognised with accolades from both the European and British Photography Awards.
With a deep curiosity about people and cultures, Laura sees her camera as a tool for exploration. Whether she’s capturing balmy summer days, quiet corners of the city, or the rich textures of life in far-off places, she is always searching for the beauty hidden in plain sight. Her work balances spontaneity with careful observation, aiming to reflect the energy, emotion, and atmosphere of the places she visits.
Primarily shooting in digital, Laura is now weaving 35mm film into her practice, embracing the slower process and distinctive textures it offers. Though based in Belfast, she is drawn to opportunities to travel, using photography to build connections and tell stories across different places and communities.
